General Clinic Information
$70 if you pre-register. All badges at the door are $80. We accept purchase orders, cash, check or money orders. There are no one day badges. No refunds will be issued after January 27, 2012. To receive the special room rate state that you are attending the Lone Star Clinic when making your reservation.
